• Payment terms are mutually agreed upon during the quotation or contract stage. These may include 100% advance, part advance, or Letter of Credit (LC), based on the product and country of import.

• No order is confirmed until payment terms are fulfilled.

5. Export Terms

• All exports are conducted under standard international Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW etc) as agreed with the buyer.

• Giliyal Global provides necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certifications (FSSAI, CE, etc.), and shipping documents.

• All customs duties, taxes, and import clearance at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Liability & Risk

• Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the logistics provider, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterm.

• Giliyal Global is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen external events.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand identities used on this site are the property of Giliyal Global Pvt Ltd or its partners.
