Shipping & Export Policy

Welcome to Giliyal Global Pvt Ltd. This Shipping & Export Policy outlines our process for handling international orders, including shipping methods, documentation, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

By engaging with us, you agree to the procedures outlined below.

1. Export Verticals We Serve

Giliyal Global operates under two specialised export divisions:

Giliyal Earth – Agro Exports

Exporting farm-sourced staples and raw commodities, value-added foods, and functional superfoods

Giliyal Industries – Engineered Industrial Exports

Manufacturing and exporting Centrifugal blowers, fans, ventilation and air pollution control systems

Each product vertical follows its own compliance, lead time, and packaging workflow.

 

2. Export Documentation Provided

Every shipment includes:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin (on request)

  • FSSAI License Copy / Health Certificate (for agro)

  • CE Declaration / Spec Sheet (for industrial)

  • Phytosanitary Certificates (if required)

  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

Buyers are responsible for ensuring all import regulations are met in their respective countries.

 

3. Order Process & Payment Terms
  • Orders are confirmed only after written mutual agreement on:

    • Product specs

    • Pricing and MOQs

    • Packaging

    • Incoterms

  • A signed Proforma Invoice or Purchase Order is required to proceed.

  • Payment options:

    • 100% advance

    • 50% advance / 50% before dispatch

    • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (for large volumes)

5. Incoterms & Risk Transfer

Giliyal Global uses internationally accepted Incoterms 2020, typically:

  • FOB (Free on Board)

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)

  • EXW (Ex-Works)

  • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid – on request)

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping provider under the agreed term.

 
6. Packaging & Labelling
  • Agro products are packed in food-grade bags, jars, or pouches with full traceability

  • Industrial goods are sealed in wooden crates, pallets, or metal drums as needed

  • All packages are clearly labelled with:

    • Product name

    • Batch/lot number

    • Net weight

    • Handling/storage instructions (if applicable)

7. Quality Checks & Third-Party Inspection
  • All outgoing shipments pass internal quality checks

  • Third-party inspections available at buyer's cost

  • Agro orders can include COA (Certificate of Analysis) on request

 

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs holdups

  • Port congestion

  • Supplier delays

  • Strikes or war conditions

In such cases, buyers will be informed, and revised timelines will be coordinated.

 

9. Claims & Disputes
  • Claims for damaged, delayed, or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include:

    • Photographic evidence

    • Delivery documents with annotations (if signed under protest)

  • Disputes are governed by the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms & Conditions
